Bruce Bryant CA

Bruce has had experience as an executive and corporate adviser in Australia, South Africa and the United Kingdom. He has gained invaluable experience in working with cross cultural international multi-disciplinary teams in a variety of industries such as Investment Banking, Asset Management, Financial Services, Resources, Agri-Business, Entertainment, High-Tech, Telecommunications, Transport, Property Development, FMCG and Professional Services. He has studied extensively holding degrees in; Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Sydney, Australia, Bachelor of Accounting (Honours), University of South Africa, Bachelor of Corporate Finance Business Science, University of Cape Town, South Africa. In addition he is a Chartered Accountant and a member of The Institute of Australian Chartered Accountants, and The South African Institute of Chartered Accountants, and completed his training at Deloitte and Touche.

He has been involved in contract negotiations in excess of $600 million, raised funding in excess of $70 million and effected net savings of $50 million through various business projects.


Warren Blore CA

Warren has had extensive executive team (CFO, Company Secretary) and corporate adviser experience in Australia, South Africa and the United Kingdom. He has gained invaluable experience in working with cross cultural international multi-disciplinary teams in a variety of industries such as Broadcast and Media, Pay TV, Telecommunications, Satellites, High-Tech, Financial Services, Publishing, Infrastructure, Government, NGOs, Consulting and Professional Services. He has studied extensively holding degrees in; Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting from The University of Natal, South Africa, Bachelor of Commerce, University of South Africa. In addition he is a Chartered Accountant and a member of The Institute of Australian Chartered Accountants, and The South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
